Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day With Healthy Green Food

I believe that this has always been my son’s favorite St. Patrick’s Day activity. I mean look at that spread of goodies! Holidays are often loaded with cookies, cakes, pies, candies and anything else that is packed with sugar…so this is an enjoyable sugarless way to celebrate a holiday.
